This is a fantastic list. Eating the Frog has help my team and I get much more done. One of my biggest growth areas this year was dealing with interruptions. Previously when I would get interrupted I would forget to jump back into my work and be as focused as I was before the interruption. This issue surfaced for me when I took the Time Mastery Profile - which is a great tool. Sometimes I also try to skip the list and just do whatever it was I thought of that second.

Hi Kent,

The only way to get things done is self-discipline. This is rather a difficult task for most of us. We need to keep in mind our goals and prioritize the working hours to fulfill them.

I use <a href="www.fanuriotimetracking.com" rel="nofollow">Fanurio</a> for tracking my time. It works wonders.
